A big thank you to all of the folks who stopped by our booth at the Ft Wayne Home & Garden show in March! We met so very many nice people and made some new friends. It was a very successful show and we could not have done it without the help of some very special people...Thank you to Doug, Vince, Kay, Andrea, Joel, Jeni, Gloria, and Pam. You are all awesome and we really appreciate you.

Anyone who knows me, knows how passionate I am about what we do here at PWFC. We want to reach out to as many people as we can and help restore health and the quality of life that can be achieved by nutrition, fitness training and massage therapy. We aren't interested in robbing you of your life savings...we are here to help. We have payment plans and quite honestly, if you compare dollar for dollar with any other workout facility, there is no comparison.. as we give you much more by far, AND we are not interested in selling you something you DO NOT need. So much can be gained by making the commitment to get yourself strong and healthy. You only get one chance at this life...please don't waste if feeling sluggish and tired and depressed.
